We strive to ensure that all specifications, dimensions, weight capacities, and photographs accurately depict our equipment. Bramino reserves the right to correct typographical pricing discrepancies prior to order fulfillment.

3. Order Acceptance & Verification

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not constitute our definitive acceptance of an order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline it, or to supply less than the quantity ordered, for reasons such as unexpected inventory depletion or suspicious credit card activity.

4. Equipment Safety & Proper Assembly

Sports and fitness equipment involves physical exertion and inherent risks if improperly assembled or utilized beyond rated structural load limits. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring equipment (such as doorway pull-up bars and adjustable weight benches) is securely installed following our supplied user manuals. Always inspect locking pins and hardware before each workout.

All brand marks, logos, vector schematics, photographic assets, and product descriptions appearing on Bramino are the proprietary intellectual property of Bramino Sports & Fitness Equipment Inc. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial re-use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
