Shipping Information & Freight Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer standard ground freight shipping. Orders are fulfilled from our central distribution hub with typical transit times of 3–5 business days depending on your destination.

• Standard Parcel Shipping (Orders Under $99): Flat rate of $9.99. Delivered within 3–5 business days via FedEx Ground or UPS.
• Free Standard Shipping (Orders $99 and Above): Free. Applicable to parcels and qualifying heavy freight equipment.
• Express Air Priority Delivery: Flat rate of $19.99. Delivered in 1–2 business days via FedEx Express.

2. Heavy Freight Delivery Guidelines

Because commercial weight benches, power racks, and motorized treadmills exceed standard parcel carrier limits (typically items > 70 lbs), these orders ship via specialized freight trucks with liftgate equipment:

• Pre-Delivery Scheduling: The freight dispatch operator will telephone you 24 hours prior to delivery to arrange a specific 4-hour window. Please ensure an adult (18+) is present to inspect and sign.
• Curbside Drop: Standard freight delivery is curbside with liftgate to your driveway or garage threshold.
• Visual Inspection: Please check external pallets and boxes before signing the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL). In the rare event of visible carton damage, annotate "Damaged upon receipt" on the driver’s paperwork.

3. Order Processing Timelines

Orders placed Monday through Friday prior to 2:00 PM are packed and processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders submitted over weekends or national holidays begin processing the subsequent business day.

4. Real-Time Tracking
