We stand behind the craftsmanship and athletic performance of every piece of Bramino fitness equipment. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations or fit your workout space, you may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a full refund under the 30-Day policy:
- The item must be in clean, working condition with no signs of abuse or improper outdoor exposure.
- All original accessories, hardware, manuals, and protective packaging materials must be included.
- Proof of purchase (Bramino Order Number #BRM-XXXXX) must be provided.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer care department at [email protected] or via our Contact Form with your order number.
- Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping return labels (or arrange a freight pickup appointment for items over 70 lbs).
- Securely repackage the equipment in its original carton with internal foam blocks to prevent damage in transit.
4. Refund Processing Timelines
Upon receipt and inspection at our fulfillment center, your return will be inspected within 2 to 3 business days. Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original method of payment (credit card, bank, or gateway). Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your banking institution to post the funds to your statement.
5. Bramino Ironclad Warranty Details
Beyond the 30-day return window, all products are covered under our comprehensive limited warranty:
- Structural Frames: 3-Year replacement coverage against welding defects or structural failure under rated capacity.
- Mechanical Components: 2-Year warranty on selector dials, ball bearings, pulleys, and electric drive motors.
- Wear Items: 1-Year warranty on rubber coatings, vinyl upholstery, and resistance bands against premature splitting.
